National Conference on "Insilico Methods for Drug Design and Discovery"

A.M.Reddy Memorial College of Pharmacy has organized one day national conference on “Insilico Methods for Drug Design and Discovery” at AMRMCP seminar hall on 06th Apr, 2024.

This conference was held with the aims at enhancing the academic and intellectual environment in the institutions by providing students and faculty with enough opportunities to pursue research and to participate seminar/conference /workshops. It helps to provide a new platform together for scientific educators, researches, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.

The conference was divided into two plenary sessions. In plenary session -1, Dr. G. Chandraiah, Assistant Professor Dept. of Biological Sciences, NIPER, Hyderabad delivered on role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in drug Design. In plenary session -2, Dr. V. Sai Kishore, HOD, Department of Pharmaceutics, Bapatla College of Pharmacy, delivered on clinical trials, phase I, II, III and IV reactions.

As part of this conference scientific presentations were conducted in various departments for student delegate and for best presenter given with mementos along with presentation certificate.

In the evening valedictory function was graced by chief patron Smt. A. Santhi (Secretory, A. M. Reddy Group of Educations), Convenor Dr P. Bhargav Bhushan (Principal, A. M. Reddy Memorial College of Pharmacy) and guests. All the dignitaries were shared their views to all the delegates. The conference was concluded by prize distribution and felicitation to the guests and evaluators and finally by vote of thanks.
